Question, how am I able to watch people on here if I am?

Like watching on FA or like subscribing on Youtube? I think you can, forgot how to do it though

You use this site to find artists you like, then you can follow them on fa, subscribe to their Twitter, follow their tumblr, find out where they live and video tape their every move, etc.

Well YOU can subscribe to tags, because you are privy, and that's the only thing that comes close to what op is asking.

This isnt FA....but you can save certain tags to search for certain artists :v

Privileged users have tag subscriptions. Normal members have feed for any combination of tags that is 8 or less. For example https://e621.net/post/atom?tags=shiuk+dragon

As said before, tag subscriptions. These can be used for artists as well as specific users.

Yes and no, you can create it and click the separate tags, making it work kinda like bookmarks, it just has added functionality for priv and above.
