I'm thinking of making a VR (Virtual Reality) program, for smartphones or computers, which has a large selection of anthro characters that can ride you, by specifying where your dick is, and they could perform actions such as blowjob, foot fuck, sex (anal and vaginal), but on your screen, and you can save the videos and use them later for...... Other things. Would anyone be interested in this idea? I have the tools and knowledge to do this.

These types of things never appealed to me personally, but I can still give a small recommendation, no matter how good you design it, you want people to have their penis in one hand, the device (smartphone most likely) in the other and then you may also want the user to line the device up with the penis AND expect user input on the device.
This sounds, at least to me, highly clunky and awkward to use. You may want to hold off for either google glasses or Occulus Rift or anything else that doesn't require 3 hands for proper usage.
