Aliasing j_c -> jc

Reason: Same artist, different punctuation of the name. Also jc is marked as a character tag for some reason...

There isnt even a lot of images tagged with j_c, you could just fix it. Also if you post artist:jc_(artist) it would fix it. the _(artist) bit would clear it up.

Just fixed the character tag instead of artist tag. Given that it's an artist name, even though there's not that many posts it should be aliased IMO.

That would cause potential issues with an alias.
It's happened more than once before.

I've looked through the tag and there were only two images properly tagged as the character, 23 others tagged that is his art, with other characters that are consistant. I retagged the others with jc_(character).
