I believe these images are prevalent enough for the use of its own tag, and that this act itself is its own unique kink.
I see no other way to search for such an act to get this exact sort of kink, such as by searching "mistletoe pussy/penis" or "mistletoe rating:e" without getting results that just have the mistletoe laying around in the background somewhere.
I don't know if this tag would be all that beneficial other parts of the year that lack in such displays of holiday cheer, but I think that this kind of kink is pretty common during the holiday season and that it deserves its own spot in the tagging index.
I was thinking "Mistletoe_above_genitals" or something of the sort.
Any ideas/arguments?

I would disagree with your suggestions, as mistletoe isnt always on the penis or pussy or above genitals and is sometimes on the ass of breasts. However I think our current tag of missile toe and nude tags should handle this nicely without need for a new tag.

What about Mistletoe_Presentation?

Honestly, I kind of like the idea of a tag just for this. nude mistletoe is just going to show nudity with mistletoe in the image. Plenty of candy canes find their ways into various orifices during the Christmas season too, perhaps a candy cane dildo tag could be relevant too.
