I'm new here, so forgive me if I'm just being stupid; is there a way to add tags to the image "name" when you download/ave it? I've noticed on other image boards like derpibooru and rule34 that they seem to do that, and was wondering if its just a settings thing or not.

No it isn't. You could click on Edit and rename the file manually.
