Do they broke their imagination?

Black? Where? I see purple and violet. Don't tell me you are on a diet... ಠ_ಠ

On the third show (dunno the name) some of the VAs from MLP are there, so artists used the same colors for the character from one to the other to be recognised or something.

And no, originality broke years ago I think after 2002 or so

...i see purple and pink....
and im pretty sure the "lack of originality" colors would be red and black, if I'm not mistaken of course.

There's only so many color combinations available, so there's bound to be repeats over time, more so when a particular combination becomes part of something popular.

MLP and P&S came out exactly the same season of the same year, so it's unlikely there's any connection there.

In any case, "lack of originality" has little meaning when you're talking about color schemes. The more appealing a color combination is, the more it will be used.

Red and black is a special case. It is a hair color so hideous yet overused that only the astounding lack of artistic integrity and talent unique to all OC creators could make it possible.

I'm still trying to figure out why neon-colored body parts that glow like they're radioactive is so attractive to furries.

I think you need to expand your sources a little further than Panty and Stocking to say that they're all just copying each other. Otherwise everyone who makes red cars has lost originality. :I

At least their not mood swing markings or eyes, you know, the ones that change color with peoples emotions. Oh what were they called, kaleidoscope eyes/markings?
