Every now and then, I go to a post that shows only the tags, in place of where the picture should be. Refreshing hasn't solved anything, either :\ any way to fix this, if anyone even knows what I'm talking about?

If there is a box with a small x in the middle, it just means that it hasn't loaded. There are threads about it already. If there is only the tags and absolutely nothing else (No picture or comments) the post was deleted.

Jade, not tags and nothing else, but tags instead of the pictures themselves. It's the same recurring issue that's been plaguing us for the past what, two weeks now?

You can work around the issue by...

Right click on Download, copy the target URL ("Copy Link Location" in Firefox), paste the URL into the address bar, change the https:// to http:// and press Enter. This has worked for all broken pictures for me so far.

The resulting URL should look very similar to...
http://static1.e621.net/data/a3/3b/a33bcce8ad9097a9da28dedce33a2337.gif

If the URL says ?md5= in it, you have the wrong URL. The proper URL will end with a file extension such as .jpg, .png, .gif, or .swf.
