So, tried to report someone, and I got a message saying:
"Your IP is banned, you may not make tickets."

Not sure if I actually got banned just from making tickets some how?
I would think someone would have told me when that happened though, so I'm thinking it's a bug.

Your current IP was banned back in March by RD because LePepper used it.

I'll unbanned that IP and but next time you could try if reconnecting fixes it.

Put a zero at the end and you'll come closer.

I do a lot due to finding further evidence or I search spesific comments and send the bad ones to the site gods.

Halite got LePeppers IP and not the other way around and most Internet Providers use dynamic IPs, meaning each time you reconnect the modem (or after a set time has passed) you'll get assigned a different IP, besides that, he used a couple different proxies, things like Tor can potentially then reroute traffic through the same tor-gateway and give the same IP in the process as well.
