Ive blacklisted everything correctly, but everything I have blacklisted still shows up!!!!!! IS NOTHING UPDATED??????? HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

I've checked, the blacklist itself seems to be OK.

EDIT: That blacklist has some redundant things. Like, "pussy" appearing twice. There's also a line with "female" on it, and four more that start with it. Also, female_solo should not be a tag at all, so I cleaned it up.

These could be your problem, although I'm not sure of your intent with blacklisting these. Right now it's going to blacklist every post tagged with star_wars except those also tagged with jar_jar or sebulba, and I'm sure that you don't want to see those.

EDIT: I've applied the blacklist to myself and I'm not seeing anything getting past the blacklist; perhaps it's an issue with JavaScript if everything still shows.

These aren't the correct tags so they're not going to blacklist the characters. You'll need to blacklist the tags miles_prower instead of tails, amy_rose rather than amy and cream_the_rabbit rather than cream.

Actually, the image should show up if it has at least one of the negated tags. So if it's tagged with jar_jar but not sebulba, it will show up.

Also note that the actual tag is jar_jar_binks

The main problem is I searched swat_kats and I only wish to view pictures only with chance_ furlong and/or jake_ clawson (a.k.a. t- bone and/or razor.) I'm still viewing females like callie_briggs and/or other female parts. How do I properly blacklist this situation?

Put this into your blacklist:

swat_cats -t-bone -razor

Make sure that it's on one line and these are the actual tags. However, this won't prevent female characters from showing up unless another line on your blacklist (like "female") prevents that.

I'd recommend reading help:blacklist.

Well, right now I'm using the blacklist that you've set and it's working as you want it to. I'm getting no results with callie_briggs and getting no females. Since we're both using the same blacklist, presumably it's an issue with your browser rather than the blacklist itself. Which browser are you using?

I think the blacklist issues might be due to the slow loading of the site as of late, as I've had a couple of times recently where the post page fails to fully load and as such the blacklist doesn't get applied.

Maybe.
The site has been running very slow recently (I've seen a lot of CloudFlare errors between Frankfurt and e621) and sometimes the mass tag editing and blacklists fail to load..

OP's blacklist seems fine, except for some character tags. I can't think of any other reason why it wouldn't work..
