Just going off of his IB profile page it looks like the comic pages aren't released to the general public until a few weeks later.

I'm not sure if his intention though is to simply control the comments that he receives only on IB, or if he wants to completely restrict the flow of new pages entirely no matter where they are. Someone more familiar with it may be able to give more information. But my guess would be that he's asked us in the past to not allow new pages until he releases them to the public.

That was his intention but he said he would accept all friend request so anyone interested in the comic could see it

Shouldn't be hosting content that isn't publicly available. We can restore them as he releases them to the general public.

So when the deleted pages become public on IB they can be reuploaded here or the deleted pages are just going to reapear?

You will not be able to upload them if they have been previously deleted here, you will have to ask a mod to un-delete the old submissions.

and nothing of value was lost
