It turns out that the Find Similar button that's supposed to keep us from reposting, compares the image about to be uploaded to images on Danbooru, not E621. This needs to be fixed to dramatically reduce reposting.

Alright, I've added it to our bug tracking system (aka a google-docs text file)

So, is there any estimate to how long this'll take to get fixed? I want to upload a lot of images, but I don't want my limit to drop because of repost deletions.

There are a lot of things that gotta be fixed.. The update was... well.. buggy.

Just as soon as Varka gets a chance to take a look at it. He's currently in Phoenix at the Bad Dragon workshop, so he's probably a bit busy.
