It's a redirect page asking you to acknowledge that you want to see horrible things; however after you click "yes" it sends you to the main page instead of the page you followed a link to. I assume clicking "yes" gives you a cookie that prevents you from having to click "yes" again, which explains why Wolfie1992 here doesn't see it.
