If people really want off-topic discussion on e621 forum then there should be one forum for e621-topics and one for off-topic discussion.
When I check out this forum I am only interested in topics related to e621 and not interested if someone plays tf2, what music they are listening to or what kind of desktop picture someone has.
Alternatively there could be "hide topic" button.

on further inspection the off topic threads seem to be made by the self proclaimed autistic and what appears to be according to his commenting patten an underage kid,but i could be wrong on the second one.

Eh.. it's a not bad idea actually. But on the other hand, Making an 'off topic' forum might be encouraging offtopic posts too much. I dunno.

I like the occasional off topic thread--the desktop thread I loved-- but this should mostly be on topic to e621...

Maybe institute a rule that all off tpic threads must start with 'Off Topic:' ?
