I.ve only found out about this show after being board to death since catoons have been coming out kinda bad latly, atleast the the avengers shows was out and the hub channle shows transformers gijoe batman beyond men in black the series and other stuff.but naruto I'm sorry to say has been annoying me lately. and not to mention most of the beloved shows from the old days has to be shown only at late nights do to there(as maney people seem to claim complexity)(don't ask).

That said, the fact that this show's actually kind of amusing is really creeping me out.

here's my current impression of it: I really loved the first 10 minutes or so. The whole 'legend' was really awesome as it was being told, but as things progressed, it started to lose a bit of it's charm. Possibly because I find several of the other ponies to be aggravating XD (Applejack and, er, Pinkie especially)... I've watched the first two episodes... and I"m not sure if I want to watch the third.... the first two would might a great little movie. but will I still think the show is as cute without the nifty metaplot, so to speak? ... hmm... I"ll probably find out in a few minutes. :D

I did appreciate it's humor though... especially when they were all "wait, did she just break out into song?!" XD

cartoons have been coming out horrible with little to watch other then anthing at least better to whatch other than adventure time with fin and jake. and this show came to the rescue thank you hub channle along with its older loverable shows like tansformers and gi joe

come to think of it there is the new avengers how on disney

although a little lacking aspeicially how they did the villian(mainly her character development), it just looks like more thought should have been put in the making like its been rush but otherwise its defenetly a good show

I was referring to the pony one since that's what this thread is mainly about.

Likewise, I'm jus' sayin'... we're furries. "Show made for little girls" really doesn't carry a whole lot of weight. most anime is made for little girls/boys too.

Anyway, yeah, it's a kid's show, but it is kind of cute. Intellectual stimulation? maybe not, but the simple fact that its' a goods show shouldn't be reason to pooh on it, so to speak. :D

I just hate those kinds of shows on the count of past experience with my younger sister badgering the hell out of me so she could watch her silly cartoons. But, oh well, there's not much I can do about it now.

Fair enough XD I can understand that--I feel that way about a lot of shows.. especially newer cartoons... but, this one actually did surprise me, so I'm glad I gave it a chance :D
