I just want to take a quick moment to thank all of the moderators. They work hard, doing all the grunt work of patrolling comments and artwork that I simply don't have the time or desire to do. I may not always agree with the decisions that they make, but I never lose sight of the fact that e621 would be an unfathomable mess without them. So I never want them to think that I don't recognize or appreciate all that they're doing for us completely voluntarily, and I certainly hope you appreciate them too.

I also want to give major props to Nrr/DadeMurphy for working so hard to make sure e621 is set up like a proper website, and for hammering away at bugs/issues that have been brought to our attention. He also has other projects he's working on, as if debugging e621 wasn't enough of a burden. I'm not sure how he does it.

And Varka is ok I guess. :P

You know.. I can't agree with the sentiment here enough.

You mods do a fantastic amount of work for nothing (except beer)...

The nature of your 'job' means that you probably hear a lot of things that sounds like this: "But I wanted..." "but what about my.." "OMG, why did you...." "But why am I banned?" "whiiiiiiiiiiinebitchmoan..."

and not nearly enough things that sounds like "Thank you!" "you guys are the best!" "Wow! this is awesome!" "cool! I can't thank you enough!"

So... I'll hijack this post in to pour some appreciation onto the people who probably sigh and facepalm a little bit every time they see me posting something (oh gawd, more ponies?!), and put up with me, and the hordes of those of us who are far less polite, and are still working on complicated matters of manners and ettiquite.
