I have a record, but I'm not banned so what is it for? This is what it says:

"Okay.. I was gonna give a warning.. but..

-Don't insult users.
-Don't fix comments.
-You know better and I expect better of you >(."

so I assume it's not a warning.

I think he's asking what function the record serves on his user profile.

I don't really know, either. I think it's just there to let others know how you behave on the site. It doesn't seem to affect any other features (i.e. uploading, commenting).

Well its just indication to all of us how you behave and shows admins\mods when its time to remove someone from this site for permanent.
Higher the score in negative...thinner the line you are walking.

but not only sexy fur but prity much anything from blacklist,crap pics,pedophilia,zoophilia(real) or any other stuff that MOST people find offending to find in site(less offending is for blacklist,scat,gore,wore,artists...etc).

I haven't heard of anyone getting a -1 for posting art unless it broke the rules (RL porn pictures, utterly irrevalent, etc) .... if posting cub, zoo, scat, gore etc was a ban worthy offense... then the resultant tags wouldn't be on the site at all.

sexyfur, to contrast, is pretty much nuked from orbit the moment it appears.

there are a few... I'm libel to give a good record out if your the only decent person commenting on a thread :3 and reporting things not only gets you a better score, but an upgraded account.

There are some, but not too much.

regular users with a positive score are a bad idea. when someone comes flooding the queue with wolf's rain crapfics (as a hypothetical) then this regular user will not be able to delete the images and ban the offending user until they act older than 12. those who get a positive score you just mod preemptively, because if they took the trouble of being your friend, you might as well give them the power to help out should there be dire need to do so. a regular user with a positive score not getting modded after a while is a sign of indecision and possible drama between mods.

A positive score means "you did good. we acknowledge your good. Have a cookie," not "i think you should be a mod but all the other mods are meanie poopie heads and disagree :("

the power to ban, and delete images should belong to a select.. select few. not joe average.
