I was posting this evening and as I finished uploading the pics I'd wanted to put up I went to my profile page and noticed there's now new math for my upload limit. It used to be 10 + (#/10) - (#/4) now it's 10 + (#/10) - (#/4) - 15 ...is this happening to everyone or only certain users cause if someone's uploaded nothing then their limit becomes -5.

Ah, so that's to show what you CAN post at that moment not your actual maximum? If so then, I apologize I'd not known that. I thought it just showed how many pics you were allowed to upload at it's max in the overall sense.
