Topic: DNP question

Posted under General

i've been looking at the DNP latetly, i was wondering what causes an artist to get on the DNP list?

Speaking of which, in the past why were Mellis and the other old admins so strict about SEXYFUR? (cause i noticed from the epic bans forum post that most bans were due to tag vandels and posting Sexyfur)

An artist asks to be DNP. nothing complicated. :)

as for sexyfur, I can't say for sure, but i'd *guess* that the sexyfur people probably got quite irate and possible threatened legal actions. But I don't know.

They were the no. 1 paysite that threatened legal action, aye.

I'd guess the main reason it seems like the current admins aren't as strict is simply because people know not to upload it now. I knew Bernal was an angry, angry man well before I found this site, and I never even frequented other furry community sites, so I knew not to post it without being told. I think that's probably the case with a lot of people, they just know not to put his work (and by extension, SexyFur, though he's not the only artist on there) up anywhere else. If they have it, keep it secret, keep it safe.

Although bringing legal action would be funny. Yes, bring that furry porn to court.

Can see why it is to be avoided though :P

It wouldn't get a public trial anyways. It'd in all likely hood end up settled out of courts anyways.
