Admins should have a Foreman they have to report to weekly. so that they can't do what I was referring to in my previous posts. And so that they can't abuse their power.

So basically It would be A self regulating board of public affairs

This board is already very self regulating. All users are free to flag unacceptable images for deletion, modify tag, notes, even the wiki pages. We even have all sorts of discussions on how these things ought to be modified, right here on the board, and as long as we do it rationally, they listen!

Participatory governing would require enough people who log in often and give a shit. And, as it turns out, most of those people are admins and mods already. The obvious problem with the foreman is that what is to prevent him/her from abusing his/her power as well? And weekly reports? They're too busy stamping on FFD abusers and the super-creepsters in the comments to deal with weekly "reports."

There is already a self regulating system of checks and balances, if you did any sort of research you'd already know what it was.

Anyhow, I don't know what's got you so upset, but please report ANY violations to an admin, even if it's to another admin.
