Do any of the users here visit the site using a device such as the HP Touchpad or HP Veer that uses webOS? Do you think it performs well, or do you think it needs more? Any opinion on individual features (browser, media player, sync)?

webOS is great, I used to use a Palm Pre and apart from the fucking awful lag the OS is very nice. The no-binary-apps original limitation was also fucking retarded but afaik they've released a proper PDK now.

yes, the first releases on the palm pixie and certain pre models were very unpopular due to performance lags. We fixed the program and optimized it for better performance on the veer.

We expect it to be a successful play on the touchpad, and its working fine so far. However, we do want to do more with the android os. Currently, we're exploring the capabilities and popularity of an android powered phone.

Though, i must admit, I always did prefer Android.

Veer looks nice, I'm considering getting one but I'm not sure yet.

Awesome! I tried it and liked it enough and think it's good. Like i said, expect an android to come around 2012-2013.

Some teens in my family love it because its so small they can sneak it just about anywhere.
