As in, at all?

I realize that there's a limit on how often one can comment, but it keeps telling me "Error: Hourly limit exceeded" even though I haven't posted any comments that hour, or ever before for that matter. Neither does it seem to make any difference whether I try to post with or without "bumping".

Is there something obvious I'm missing here and am I just being stupid, or are things not as they should be?

For the first week after registering, you can't comment on pictures. They did that to prevent spammers from having easy game here.

Ah, I see. Didn't see that mentioned anywhere, must've missed it.
