Is there any chance that we can add a slideshow feature (fullscreen, auto-play) for grouped images (such as favorites or comics). I love the site as it is now, but I think it would be pretty convenient for users to have slideshow options on the site for groups of pictures instead of having to open several tabs.

Is it too much to expect you to save your favourites and make your own slideshow from them?

Windows even does it for you as a screensaver.

Some people like to have their gallery on the site, instead of having to download all the files onto their computer.

Don't see it happening. Especially considering you can do it in like, 30 seconds on your own computer.

e621 has enough trouble paying the bills without people using the site to constantly review pictures.

Slideshow feature will increase load. Some people, instead of browsing, will just launch it and jerk off. And imagine if someone got epilepsy fetish?

I've been using cooliris forever on this site. It doesn't have slideshow, but you just press one button and it advances onto the next picture. I absolutely love it.

Further, you could always just ctrl-click all the images and thus they are in seperate tabs, then just as easily.. switch tabs.

Or middle-click if you have a scroll wheel.

As it turns out I'd been working on a windows application that does this specific task. I never really bothered to finish it because I really didn't know anyone who wanted to use it.

Enter a maximum of 4 tags, press enter to search, when paused press the left or right arrows or 'z' and 'x' to flip through images and space to unpause the slideshow(It starts paused).

You can also view a pool by pressing F6 if you know its pool ID.
