Can we add things to the IRC help page, like how to change your visible name, how to do formatting, and the like? I never used IRC before hitting up e621's channel, and it'd be nice to have a list like we do for the syntax in comments and forum posts. And when I say "we" I mean "someone else" because I don't know any of it lol.

Thanks. Like I said, I've never used IRC before e621, so "it's like IRC" doesn't help me. The link does, though. But I just think the info it contains should be in the IRC Help page, just as all the syntax for this post are in a nice little link right below the box.

It's a good suggestion and I'll see if I can write up something for Aurali to add to the IRC page.

Um, it's where people go to chat.

IRC is like your parent's (maybe parent's parents, if you're young enough) version of AIM and YIM and Skype.
