Well like the link said, it was banned. Which I think is good, seems out of place for Tiny Toons. If cartoons want a social message put it at the end (like the first Sonic cartoon or GIJoe) :P

I kind of like the heavyhanded self-parodying that it does, openly admitting that the only reason they're doing it is for the purpose of making beer out to be "bad". Most PSAs take their exaggerations seriously, which undermines the message.
