For the admins as they call themselves aren't really admins at all. They are moderators.

They are volunteers. I am the only paid administrator on this site, and that's only to keep the site running at full capacity.

They probably have had little to no formal training to become admins.

I didn't even know there was classes in how to administrate a furry porn website... Is this that big of an industry? Should I become a teacher?
