Those who officaly quit the fandom are the ones who never announce it.
Never underestimate the power of a porn artist's fanbase.
No matter how many positive remarks a porn artist gets, the one negative remark will be given the most attention.

By and large the fandom is bi and large.
The biggest anatomical flaws can be easily overlooked by the biggest naughty bits.
