You guys /do/ realize that Fenoxo is going to keep adding content for a long time and there's never going to be a 'finished' version?
Besides, updates are usually pretty substantial, not weekly "Fixed spelling errors/bugs" patches.
Isn't it possible to just delete all versions except for the newest one or two?

I think it was because we get like.. 2 at a time?.. and we ARE supposed to delete earlier works in progress.

I think they all should stay, because not everyone likes everything that's added, so it's more a personal preference of what kind of fetishes you want included.

Also keeping them will annoy Kobold.

You do realize that the banner is made by admins, right? We don't deal with problems by just sticking them in our blacklist and pretending they don't exist.

Seriously? You think I just put that up there because I don't like the game? I spent 20 minutes, two days ago, parenting and deleting the 20-something earlier versions of that flash we had. I'd rather not do it again.

P.S.: I do kinda like the game. But I don't want to have to delete another version every almost-goddamn-day.

Wouldn't a more tactful course of action just be to tell the guy to update like once a month or something? Or threatening that people should parent and delete the old ones if they want to upload the new one *shrug*

I dunno. Not to be mean but just calling it out in the admin banner thing just seems like a good way to get another artist on the DNP list =/

The problem is that the flash is starting to spam the new flash posts. Deleting the old ones won't help this with the rate they are currently being posted at.

The latest game version has over 900 favourites, so I don't think they'd want on the DNP, unless they don't like being popular.

True enough. I guess the specificness of it just surprised me. I'm sure some kind of compromise will happen. Or the uploaders will settle down.

Or people can go play the newest version on his site, and... you know, avoid the drama of flooding this site with it since the admins don't want to deal with it. I like the game, but I'll be happy to take my playing to the source rather than a site that's clearly annoyed by new versions.

I'm/we're not exactly annoyed by new versions, but the rate at which users upload them is getting a bit out of hand. If you want to play the absolute newest version, go to the artist's site.
