Since you haven't hit your daily limit, it's probably just a site error. Try waiting a bit to see if it clears up, otherwise just send a message to Aurali (or wait for her to post).

I think content only available by purchase (be it online or print) is verboten until 2 years after publication. Wait for a mod's response to be sure.
