The hard drive and fan on my desktop failed on me. So i went to best buy to buy a new computer. When I set it up and tried to burn a system image to a disc, I find out that it was a faulty computer and doesn't read discs. I take it back to exchange it, and bring that computer to my house. I then figure out that my monitor isn't compatible with my computer (both by HP), as it won't display a resolution any higher than 640 x 480. I take the monitor back and get a better one (an LED) and bring that monitor to my house. when i open the box, i figure out it didn't come with the DVI cable (my computer only uses DVI, no VGA). for a change of pace, i went to Radio Shack and bought an adapter for DVI to VGA so i wouldn't have to buy the cable. The adapter must have been bent or something, because it didn't fit into the computer. Now i am going to take the adapter back tonight and get the cable. What else can go wrong?
