Topic: Pool's Closed

Posted under General

1# do we need to tag a pool by it's name?

2# there are many pools, that are open even though they have all posts in them. Somebody should go trough them and close them

3# can´t we get a option to hide empty pools?. It's getting kinda annoying to go trough the pool section and keep finding empty pools

Updated

1. Yes. It's something that isn't done often enough.

2. wat

3. Empty pools have no reason to exist and should probably be deleted.

DO NOT DELETE THE POOLS.

They still serve a purpose to the moderating team.
Because, believe it or not, those deleted posts are still in those pools and we still need to be able to find them if needed to.

A hide empty pools option would be nice.

So does closing pools really serve a purpose, since no one really does it?

yeah because when you add a post to a pool, you have to go trough a long list of open pools even though they are ordered alphabetical. It's more of a tidying up thing

Its been quite a while since I pooled something but I remember it being easier than that...

I mean, you do have a long list of open pools. But it's pretty simple, really. It's a drop-down menu. When I've added pics to the Red Lantern pool, all I've had to do is open the menu and type "r" and there it is. Click on the correct name and done.

really, all you have to do is find it for the first image and the next time you click on "Add to pool" the same one pops up.

Is this something only moderators have access to? I don't see a "close pool" option. Also, for empty pools, I have created a few by mistake but I can't delete them.

In the "Edit Pool" section you can set a pool as active or inactive
