Are screencap's not allowed on this site? Riversyde deleted a post of mine and the reason behind it was it being a screencap. Sorry if they are against the rules, i'll no longer post them if they are. Just want a clear answer.

Most of the time, no. But sometimes we let a few slip by if they're good enough. Reason being, anyone can capture a screenshot from a show and slap some dumb text on it, thus it doesn't qualify as art. And yours suffered from some hideous jpeg artifacts. Sorry there is no clear answer. Post at your own risk. If they don't pass quality control, then they don't pass quality control.

yeeeea I have no idea what you mean by "Artifacts" I could just google it and pretend I know what it means but if everyone did that then there'd be no stupid people on the internet
