Could it be possible for blacklists to affect avatars?

It's kind of pointless to blacklist "my_little_pony" when half your admins are colouredhorses and most of the mods.

Please look into it/provide an alternate solution. <3

Settings > Blacklist
Check Apply Blacklist to Avatars.

Apply that logic to blacklisting anything
