First impression I left was uploading an entire skunkworks comic, which was immediately deleted by Arcturus. I then proceeded to rage about it in the forums and argue with him about it but he wouldn't budge. So I became a mod 3 years later and undeleted it. Goals, folks. Goals.

I first uploaded post #83903 . And then asked what tags I missed on it. I didn't have any idea who made it, and was hoping to learn by uploading it and waiting for someone more knowledgeable to tag an artist. Then I went quiet for a long time, and then uploaded nothing but homestuck related stuff for a while.

I'll be honest, I entered this topic expecting it to be asking what was the first stuff you found on the site, and/or how you found it.

Images can be permadeleted aka destroyed. And in the case you mentioned, it could, but it won't, unless the artist asks for it to be.

No, nothing (generally) is permantantly deleted. the reason for this is that if the image is still stored in our databases (or whatever), it will stop someone else from uploading the exact same image. There's a reason for everything~

in other news, my first comment was on a deleted post pointing out a place that looked like someone had air brushed over a signature. my SECOND comment was ALSO on a deleted image, asking if wooly_asshole should be a tag. my THIRD comment was on post #55844. so, yay?

Same thing happened when I uploaded a newspaper article about making biodiesel from cats :)

I think my first impression I left was of me being a noob... But I never asked lol. And that was my other account that I cant access for password issues. Same name just a space between ivory and wolf.

I just hope my impressions left now are good ones...

I apparently made a decent one. I came in and started tagging everything and discussing all kinds of tag issues in the forums. Soon after, River bumped me up to Privileged so I could use the tag scripts.

Found it here in trying to find a good Tailsko picture for a layout on another forum. Needless to say, it brought me in to stay hook, line, and sinker. I liked that e621 was furry-focused, and was *waayyy* better tagged and managed (less dupes) than gelbooru and the like, and without the stupid ads all over.

I haven't made an outstanding impression on this site.

I started out pretty much on a caps lock rampage for my first few comments.

My first post was telling someone how they could download all of a 3d game/flash thing of a donkey fucking a little girl.
