Topic: Hi, So I read the News about Flagging Images

Posted under General

"Flagging an image for the reasons:Not Furry, or any personal opinion on them, is grounds for punishment. "

So, in response to that, I did submit an image that was not furry. It was a morph of a real life photo of someone and there *are* images posted to the site I can access which are tagged as morphs.

So, I submitted a hyper morph of a feminine male human. The quality of the morph was more or less cartoonish.
I sort of assumed that the image was removed because it *wasn't furry at all*, but then that news blurb hit.

So I'm just posting out of curiosity, not animosity.

"Not furry" isn't a valid reason for someone to flag something.
"Not furry" is a valid reason for a mod to delete something, however whether the non-furry content is deleted or approved is up to the mod doing the approving/deleting.
Simple, right?

Pretty much this. Users can't flag for non-furry, mods can delete for whatever reason they wish.

Ehhhh well ok. I guess it's simple, but not really. It makes me think of like. Gambling. There isn't consistency, and makes me think of the inconsistency in FA's early days. I figured that the popularity of artists like Onta and all the femboi-type content would've allowed it in as a kind of grey area.

Anyway yeahhhhhhhhh. The deletion is clarity enough on what I.. might/not do in the future.

Anyway thanks. Question answered.

and if they don't feel like making up a reason, there's always "deleted at moderator discretion" (sounds important, but contains no information whatsoever)
