Get, Opera or FireFox and instal flash plugins.
Or check your browsers options.

Since you say Safari, I assume you are using MacOS? Safari is pretty terrible, it's the Internet Explorer of MacOS.

I recommend switching to Camino, it's the MacOS version of Firefox. Another option is Opera like Fox2K9 suggested.

I would not recommend Firefox itself, while there is a port of it for MacOS, it is slow and somewhat buggy.
