Okay so i've had 7 posts deleted as "hi-res commercial", WTF?

They're PRINTS i bought from a fur con.. is it WRONG to scan in at 1024x1500 @ 800 dpi?

I thought sharing a high quality version of pics would be a GOOD thing but seems that things on here need to be scaled down just to be accepted?

Maybe i should just pick like 800x600 way down at 90dpi or something... O.o i thought it would be good to share stuff that's currently not here... i'm so confused now..

And if those got deleted, why were 2 others at the same size, resolution and quality allowed through? None of the artists are in the DNP list here.

Need some clarification please.

Usualy it is best to ask admin for this and not make a forum tread because some one will flame.
I dont know, maybe they are comercials that represent an other site or something.

I think you're not supposed to upload commercial works newer than 2 years.

Commercial = paid content. You'll have to wait a couple of years to post them as per the site rules.

It's not paid content either... not like you pay for it from a website or anything, and it has been a while it was made in 2000, 9 years old.. *sigh*

Does anyone know how you contact admins on this site with a question? I went to IRC, no one's there, no admins/mods at least, and I've looked at the profile for Arcturus, there's no "send private message to this person" option either.

I thought they might reply here, i can't find any other way to contact any of em.

They are on IRC. They're just not active 24/7 so you'll have to wait until they answer. They will.
