it's a simple question. Am i a furry?

the reason i ask, is because i feel like if i said 'I am a furry' someone else would get pissed at me, but if i said 'i wasn't', i'd be lying.

i've never been to a convention
i don't write stories

however i do love the art.

I am much the same, I am only here for the art. I don't label myself as 'furry', such things are not really a concern of mine.

There is a difference to be made between "being furry", and "belonging to the furry fandom".

If you haven't done anything but showing interest for furry art or fapping to furry porn (one leads to the other), then you probably enter the second category.

But the concept of "furry" is so unclear that any attempt to define it is bound to fail, even here on e621 (see forum #1825).
