your problem might be in options? i think you can set it to not save your tabs or do save your tags or something like that. and one more thing....
i don't know if opera has this (i haven't used it in a while, well... at least not on my computer) but firefox has: personas =)

I don't know, I stopped using FF a long time ago since it was very slow.
Lol. I prefer a minimal browser xD
FF can edit a lot of stuff i know, but i find opera much more usefull :)
