I enter this site and start browsing the posts but all of a sudden a message appears that my browser can't access the website, it happens with either IE, firefox or chrome, it only happens with this site.
What can I do to fix this?

Occasionally the site likes to go down for a minute (you'll get a message like "The site e621.net cannot be accessed", etc.). Just wait a couple of minutes and it'll be back up again.
