While most of the changes in the last update were for the better, the new border color for new images is bugging me a bit. It just seems a little bit too subtle. Now I know that the old green borders were worse for most of us and that a lot of us don't really mind the new color all that much, but would it be all that hard to change it from light gray to something more visible (light blue would work well with the current color scheme, I would think)?

the change is fine, it will take you a at max a week to adjust.

Since literally all that border does is note that the post has not yet been approved, and as such is only really useful for moderation purposes, I wanted to go with something subtle since that border has no relevance to the vast majority of the users, unlike, say, child-parent borders which have an immediately useful purpose.

That was my thought process on toning them down anyways - they're not important to most users, so take the focus off of them while still leaving them visible enough for the mods.
