alright sorry i wasnt specific enough, i did click the links of various files, and entered the number, many times, but nothing happened and when i tryed using babel fish, the number wouldnt load

You enter the number, click on the green button, another page opens and you should wait 10 seconds or click the only link on the page. Duh.

nm i got it, there was something checked that would keep sending me to some tool bar, and you know what, not everyone on this site is an idiot, pardon me for not knowing the language, when someone asks for help, it doesnt mean immediately thing they cant even tie their own damn shoes and be an asshole

yeah i did that, and it kept sending me to want to download their tool bar, i didnt know that check mark on there effected that. man, is everyone here nasty to everyone

You use either 7zip ( http://www.7-zip.org/ ), or WinRAR ( http://www.rarlab.com/ ). I prefer WinRAR, and although it's not free, it doesn't stop you from using it after 40 days. Or of course, you can, *ahem*...

unrar is free (gratis), there's also a free-software version of unrar.

...... i learned this back in junior high, sincere question, are you computer illiterate or underage?

If you ever find yourself in a situation where you have an alien or otherwise unfamiliar file extension like ".rar," do a quick google search on how to open it. .rar files are widely used and there is ample information on how to use them all over the net.
