Well part of the opening IS that it's supposed to spoof the music video of "Power" by Kanye West: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L53gjP-TtGE
So it's hard to cut down a spoof by cutting off like 60% of the punchline, if you get my drift. But yeah i agree, most of it was pretty damn good. Just some parts made me cringe in terms of reference.

Fair enough, I've never seen Power before. It's less annoying now, though still too far drawn out. I agree that I don't know of a better way to do it.

but which scene did the two of you like the most?

I should have said this before, but my favorite scene is actually a tie between the DEATHNOTE scene (9:20 - 9:30) and the Gilda Radner's song (19:30 - 19:53)

I agree, those are my favorits as well. XD Most of them are actually pretty well done, even though some of them are just teeth-gratting. Like the Shoop-da-whoops and especially the Space-core. I freaking HATE that reference already, and i will have to hear it for the next 3-4 years!! And the fact that they repeated this joke and the stare one twice seems unnecessary to me. Also Saxonphone-spike just seemed irrelevant to me, don't know why.
So my advice for a possible sequel is to cut out meme jokes, since they fall under my pseudo-comedy category.

On a sidenote, i'm quite frankly disturbed by the fact that every brony-person-thing has kind of the same taste as i do. I just find it odd that you guys have the same kind of humour and watch the same stuff. Or maybe it's just all a crazy random happenstance. XD

Yup.

I admit, 4:50 is damn hilarious. And 7:57. I guess it's just really funny to see profanity applied to ponies since it doesn't really fit in the slightest.

Also, this guy totally sucks with volume... I had to adjust it countless times throughout.
