Is anyone on here an avid model-builder? I am. Especially Snap-Tite kits.

Sorry, but I don't really think we need a new topic for every single thing you can think of :P

I've only built two models. Ok one and a half. The SR-71 and a 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo. I accidentally got glue in an axel hole for the Porsche and as such could not complete it.
I don't always build models, but when I do, I prefer moderately easy kits that do require some gluing and decalling.

I used to like em, but they're waaaay too expensive.

I tried building a 1:18 P-38J when I was younger. I don't think I got past the second step before my over-application of crazy glue burned a hole through the gun housing.
I recently decided to take another shot at model building and I have a half-finished A-10 sitting on my coffee table.
I also bought a Gundam model and built it for kicks. I haven't seen an a single episode in the past six years; I just really wanted to build one.

I bought a model of my favorite Mecha ever, the Tallgeese 1, about six or seven years ago but didn't finish it when my attempts at detailing went horribly wrong. Recently picked up a model paint sprayer at the used store for about 1.25 and been thinking I'll go back and give it another shot. Other than that I've never really done any models though there've been a few I'd have liked to.

I scratch build Ork buggies and tanks for Warhammer 40k, and I love building terrain for table top gaming. My Dad is big into model trains, so I always have an experienced vet to tell me what types of plastic can glue together, and which types of paint I can use.

Quick update! I just finished assembling a Revell Snap-Tite Spitfire Mk II model. I love it. Pick it up. :)
