Could someone post paysite content from December 2011 in January 2013? Or would they have to wait until December of 2013?

Clearly the latter would be the case. That's just manipulating the definition of one year. When twenty-four months have passed, you may upload it.

Of course it is. In truth, we just banned them because every picture spawned from the Sexyfur depths is unflattering, has glaring anatomical flaws and is just unsexy. Potential DMCAs? Nah.

Though Tsampikos and Koneko are definitely on the A-list, too.
