It looks cool, but I'll probably tire of it soon enough. The blue is actually really easy to look at.

I take that back. I've been in "Apply Tag Script" mode and so it looks odd with the purple background for that. Granted, I don't like that purple anyway. It actually looks nice in all other modes.

I love this theme! The usual one is too bright
This one is a little more "mellow" and the red background makes all of the pictures "come forward" a bit more.

Not too hard. Though there are higher priority projects to work on

i dont know maybe im just too conservative but this red color just seem quite temperamental, and from background it got bit closer and starting to fight with pictures and text. i really liked the old, calm, dignified, deep blue also i find this site closely associated with this color because it was in it even before that complete redesign. So i just cant imagine this site after all those years will change color, it would be like apple changing their logo

I'd much rather the blue, e621 will always be my mother's blue site that I turn off when she cames in to my room!

I dunno. I like red but it's not as versatile as blue is when it comes to the visible spectrum and usage on a site. Our eyes normally respond better with stuff that isn't in-our-face red. But...this is more burgundy so I guess it isn't as bad. However the brown reply boxes are kinda ugly. I'd be happy with more black, and at least to keep it in-tune with the front page, making IT red as well. Woulda made more sense in my opinion, but that's just me.

To be honest, I think the current color scheme looks really bad. Blue may be a bit boring, but at least it's easy on the eyes and a lot less loud than red and green. Background colors like this belong on a 90s Geocities site.

I hope we can go back to the old colors as soon as possible. :(

Agreed. Customizable is too much, but it could be nice to have like 3 themes to choose from.

I would still preffer black, white and gray.

I prefer smooth, quick-access sex, porn and fapping material. As long as the site keeps that, then I am happy.
