I've been wanting to block off this annoying spam of pokemon crap but my filter list isnt doing nothing about it, its rather annoying to have to wade through all that crap to find good new submissions now

You need to put each black-listed tag on it's own line, for example:

not_furry
chris-sowden

If your tagfilter isn't not working then you haven't got a problem, have you?
