well, maybe it's more common than i know, but ec major throwing a fit, and jaleo also. i'm stuck between "thanks for letting me pay you for this commission, but posting it on the net is the point of having it made" and the artists' "I forbid it."

So I guess I need to fall back to a safer position for the time being until I can work it through with them.

Can we remove them for the time being? I want them up here but I need to get this solved between me and them first.

As far as I know, only copyright holder can request deletion, see http://e621.net/static/terms_of_service

I'm not an admin, but basically you had to talk about your rights with artist before uploading stuff here. Funny thing, that copyright - if you've paid for work made not by you, that doesn't mean that you automatically own all the superior rights.
