The problem is that I'm pretty sure everyone who makes an irrelevant, idiotic, and fucktarded note thinks it's funny. And there are notes I'm sure I'd find hilarious that most people would find irrelevant, idiotic, and fucktarded.

I think limiting notes to translations, necessary explanations, and the like is the best course of action.

For the most part, we ignore retarded notes since you can just left click them away so it's a very minor issue.

That said, retarded notes are indeed pretty fucking stupid, and if I'm considering banning or probating a person for whatever reason and in checking their account history, see a plethora of stupid notes, it really really doesn't help their case.

I also don't shed any tears if those stupid notes get removed, so feel free to go nuts so long as it doesn't lead into edit wars or create further problems. Just keep translation notes and other similar informational stuff intact, thanks :)
