i see no way earning positive record what do i have to do

Kill an admin.

Don't do what you did to earn the marks.

Depending on the offense, neutrals last 6 months (or that's what I was told)

If you want positive records, do helpful things that set yourself apart from the other users. Here's a list of positives we have given. And here is a post with the numbers that tend to catch our attention.

We will generally remove neutrals after 6 months, but we rarely remove negs. Most of the negs I've seen removed were in some way invalid or unverifiable, but it isn't done very often and not without good reason.

Ways to get +:

• Be respectful, patient, and considerate to other users.
• This is hard to explain in words but it helps to be consistent. Put another way, being helpful one day and telling someone "your art looks like dog shit and you should feel bad" the next day isn't going to help you very much. Furthermore, we are generally hesitant to give access to priv+ site tools to users who may be unpredictable (overly emotional, pushy, impulsive, etc.).
• Contribute to discussion on the forums. This is most often going to be related to tags and wiki, but I've also seen some very helpful tips on creating art, site tools written by other users (which I know have been invaluable to many people here), and some nifty statistics others have made for fun (tldr: Find your niche ;) ).
• Solid tagging and uploading
• Know your boundaries (read: don't backseat mod)

It somewhat balances itself out, but to me this says "wait and see". :P

Literally the only way to get a positive mark is to upload your own (super high quality) art or get tens of thousands of tag edits.

Jesus, only three more positives since I got mine, over a month ago? You guys seldom give out mint chocolate bars. I'm not eating mine anytime soon.

Also, I'm 11th in overall tagging, just below Char?! I'm really glad I requested being Privileged a few months after first making my account. My tagging progress spiked since then.

I wonder how quickly I'll reach 100,000 tags?

I just upload art from other artists, tag them good, give a proper description and be on my way for the next one.

That's how I got my green bar.

I dont know nothing about privileged or Admin u just need to level up try to complete dungeons or fight random monsters and get experience points when u get to level 99 u will be a admin

It's possible to get a positive totally unrelated to art and tagging. All you gotta do is find out how to see the secret admin posts on the forum and then give up that power instead of using it for evil.

you must get to level 1337 and raise your level for a Prestige Paragon Level, and level back up to 1337 another 1337 times. Then you must slay Alduin, The World-Eater and stop The Flood from devouring all sentient life in the universe whilst running away from Daleks. and then and only then can you solve GLaDoS' tests in Apurture Science, and find the hidden cake room.

then you shall become admin.

also all admins exists in alternate universes, because only 1 person can do any of this in any universe.

I got a negative record for a joke. Along with a few neutral records for 2 other jokes I made. How do i let people know when it is a joke or not and how do i get rid of these things and how do they effect me.

From the Help/Records and Feedbacks page:
Records may be decayed on request after 6 months with the following rules:

Permanent bans will never expire but may be appealed through email.
Any record for a suspension will be turned into a negative record after 6 months of no new infractions
Any negative record will be turned into a neutral record after 6 months of no new infractions
Any neutral record will be removed after 6 months of no new infractions
Any positive record has no risk of removal, unless by request of the positive record holder

On a side note. My brother in christ. 5 records in 2 years how?

I've seen at least one user with 11 records, 5 negative, 6 neutral.

And yet they somehow are allowed continued existence on this site.

"It's just a joke bro" isn't a valid defense against breaking the rules. They can be gotten rid of by not repeating the behavior and waiting some time (after 6 months, neutral records will be deleted and negative records will decay to neutral). As for how they affect you, they serve as notices and warnings for breaking the rules, and if you continue to break the rules you can be temporarily banned, then permanently banned if you continue it when you come back. They don't otherwise affect what you can do on the site.

Who? One possibility I can think of is that it was separate rules being broken several months apart, and the admins never got around to cleaning the decayed records.

I've seen that multiple different rules record sheet before on users as well. The biggest oofs are the Italian flag records of gradual failure.

"It's just a joke" is not a defense when you're being asked to not show inappropriate sexual interest in the characters and situations being depicted. Just behave.
