@Sorrowless Trust me, there's a reason why we only really use 3 or 4 vagina types. The other variations are... unfavorable...

There are plenty of reasonable variations on the vagina, both in shape and form as well as in function. People just tend to be uncreative in that regard.

So, vagina variation. First, let's get out of the way that, yes, human and humanlike vulvas are quite popular. Even so, there are some variants among this general grouping. There are a few characteristics that can vary - the prominence of the labia, the puffiness of the labia, the amount of "gape", for lack of a better word, the prominence of the clitoris...

Then there are animal genitals, which can differ in substantial ways from human genitalia. Canine, equine, and cetacean genitals are some of the more popular feral vulvas. They also represent significant differences in function.

The canine vagina, to start out, angles very differently from the human vagina, with the vaginal canal going up steeply before leveling out. It contains more musculature than the human vagina, especially around the entrance. It changes visibly during various stages of the heat cycle.

The equine vagina is, again, different in appearance, clearly, but more than that - equines are capable of "winking" their vulvas, which no other species (that I know of) is capable of. Naturally, this idea has been played with quite a bit in art.

The cetacean vagina is different again, being located within a genital slit (which also, in females, includes the anal opening).

Cloacas are also worth mentioning right about now, as many species have them, and represent a variation of the female anatomy, even if not a vagina, and they are not uncommon in art.

There are other, gigantic variations in vulvas and vaginas among animal species, but many of them are not as well represented in art. Hyenas deserve a clear mention though, what with their pseudopenises.

Then there's also the fantasy realm... Which, honestly, is a bit too broad to get into quickly.
